I had read online about a recall dealing with the rear windows of the 1999 passat. If so could someone please provide the an article.

Also if there was a recall and I am having trouble with it am I able to bring it to a Volkswagen dealership

If your car qualified for any recall you would have been notified. Those window regulators go out all the time. Best way is to take your VIN number and call VW and ask if it has any recalls that your car qualifiers for and see what they say. I do not
