How do I get Transform & Lighting on my video card?

I have an Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family video card in my Dell Dimension E310 computer. I am really wanting to play Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, but srtest.com said that my video card failed the test, and said I needed video HW Transform &
upto what I know you I have Intel Extreme graphics 2 and If that can NFS most wanted I think your one should play Roller coaster tycoon 3.
And besides I think 910 chipset got pixel shader 1.4 in in it.
