How are you supposed to use a radiator?
Okay, I've always had central heat, and now we're in the second winter with radiators. One spits water when it's on, and I don't use that one anymore. Have to get something done about that. Everyone in the building just got a notice saying that the valves

Since we had no control over the radiator itself we would resort to other strategies like covering the radiator with insulating material (insulation, blankets, wooden cabinet, etc.) and opening
