I'm looking to put all new parts in my car - sentimental reasons..
I have a Renault Megane RT 1.6 R-Reg (1998)
How many brake pads does it have? 2 at front and 2 at rear? Or just 2 at front?
Same question for the brake discs...
The usual number is 2 pads for each disc, some hi performance cars use more for better power, more pads = more swept area.
Many cars still use shoes on the rear wheels, they are a different type of brake.
Haven't seen a Renault since 1
