How to find radiator fan relay switch on 97 grand voyager?

Trying to locate radiator fan relay switch on 97 grand voyager.Fans wont run and I believe faulty relay switch is problem.

It is located on the left side of the vehicle on the frame, easier to get to from the bottom, Hard to get to anyway though. It has two screws that secure it to the frame. They are VERY bad about going out.
